These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website vistar.com.mx (hereinafter, the "Site"), owned by Vistar Clínica Oftalmológica (hereinafter, "Vistar"). By accessing or using the Site, you expressly accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using it.
1. Purpose of the site
The purpose of the Site is to offer general information about the medical services, facilities, professionals and educational content of Vistar, as well as to enable contact channels for scheduling appointments, requesting information or sending comments.
The Site does not constitute an e-commerce platform nor an automated provision of medical services.
2. Important medical notice
The information published on this Site, including texts, descriptions of procedures, blog articles, videos or infographics, is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not replace consultation, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified health professional.
Any symptom, condition or change in your visual health must be evaluated in person by an ophthalmologist. If you require urgent care, immediately go to the nearest medical service or contact us directly at +52 656 629 1601.
Vistar shall not be liable for medical or self-care decisions made solely based on the content of the Site, without the assessment of a professional.
3. Acceptable use of the site
By using the Site you agree to:
- Provide truthful and up-to-date information when completing any form.
- Not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent or contrary-to-morals purposes.
- Not attempt to access without authorization restricted areas, databases or systems associated with the Site.

Trademarks, trade names and logos appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Their use does not imply authorization, sponsorship or affiliation with Vistar, except where expressly stated.
The user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license to access the Site and consult its content personally and non-commercially. Any other use requires prior written authorization.

The Site may contain links to web pages operated by third parties, including social networks, WhatsApp platforms, Google Maps or other services. Such links are offered solely for user convenience.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute related to their interpretation, execution or breach shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
